Terms and conditions
These terms apply to your use of skale258.com and describe the basic principles of how skale 25|8 works with clients. Paid work is always confirmed in a written proposal or agreement. If that agreement says something different, the agreement applies.
01The website is informational
The content on this site, including the demo dashboard, is general information about our services. The figures, names and results shown in the demo are example data. They are not a promise of specific results and do not form a binding offer or professional advice.
02Booking a call
You can book a free call through Calendly. Booking a call creates no obligation to buy anything. Please give accurate details when you book. We may reschedule or cancel a call when needed, and we will let you know. We handle your details as described in our privacy policy.
03How we work with clients
Unless your proposal or agreement says otherwise:
- Scope and price. Scope, price and timeline are set out in a written proposal. We agree the price before any work starts.
- Payment. Invoices are payable within 14 days. Every package has a minimum term of 3 months. Packages are billed monthly in advance and, after the minimum term, can be cancelled at the end of any billing month.
- Your part. You give us the access and information we need, and you confirm you have the right to share the data and tools you give us access to.
- Third-party tools. Our systems run on third-party tools and AI providers. Their availability, changes and pricing are outside our control. Your own subscriptions to those tools are your cost unless agreed otherwise.
- Confidentiality. We both keep the other's non-public business information confidential.
04AI employees and their output
AI employees work with language models that can make mistakes. We design every system with checks, and together with you we decide what an AI employee may do on its own and which decisions always go through a person. You remain responsible for the decisions made and the messages sent in your name under the setup you approved. Please review important output, such as prices, legal statements or financial figures, before relying on it.
05What we do not promise
We commit to agreed delivery and operating standards. We do not guarantee a commercial outcome, and any forecast we discuss is an estimate, not a warranty.
06Intellectual property
All content on this website belongs to skale 25|8. You may view it and share links to it, but not copy or reuse it commercially without our permission. For client work: in a Custom build, you own the delivered build once it is fully paid. In managed packages, you may use the systems we run for you while the package is active. Our general methods, templates and know-how remain ours.
07Acceptable use
Don't use this website for anything unlawful, try to access systems you are not allowed to access, interfere with how the site works, or submit false information.
08Third-party links
This site links to third-party services such as Calendly. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for them.
09No warranty and limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage or loss of data or profit. For client work, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service concerned in the three months before the claim. None of this limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
10Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the EU member state where skale 25|8 is established, as stated in your proposal or agreement. Any mandatory consumer protection rules of your own country continue to apply.
