Privacy policy

Last updated: 21 September 2026

This policy explains what personal data skale 25|8 collects when you visit skale258.com, book a call or work with us, and what we do with it. We keep it short, and we only collect what we need.

01Who we are

skale 25|8 ("skale 258", "we", "us") builds and runs AI employees and AI systems for businesses. For the data described here, we are the controller. You can reach us about anything in this policy at info@skale258.com.

02What we collect

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website. Please don't send us sensitive personal data (such as health data) unless we have agreed on how to handle it.

03Why we use it

We never sell your data, and we don't use it to make automated decisions that have legal or similar effects on you.

04Who processes it

We use a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf:

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. Where that happens, transfers are protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

05Data we handle for clients

When we build and run AI employees for you, they may process personal data of your customers, leads or team. For that data you are the controller and we act as your processor. The details (what we process, which subprocessors and AI providers are used, and how the data is protected) are set out in a data processing agreement that we sign with you before work starts. We only access what the agreed setup needs.

06How long we keep it

07Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for it in a portable format, and withdraw any consent you gave. Email info@skale258.com and we will reply within one month. You can also file a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

08Cookies

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. To show our font, your browser loads it from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address. When you open our booking page, Calendly may set its own cookies, as explained in Calendly's privacy policy. If we ever add analytics, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

09Security

We protect data with encrypted connections, access limited to the people who need it and two-factor authentication on our accounts.

10Changes

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
